What payment methods do you accept?

We want to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.

  • That's why we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
  • Cash and cheque are also acceptable for in-store customers.
  • You can also choose to pay in installments with our customized ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ plan. An easy way to split your purchase into four interest-free payments over 4 months. To learn more please contact us.

Ordering and delivery

How can I check the status of my order and track its delivery?

We know you are excited to receive your rug, and we are working hard to get it to you as soon as possible.

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Can I place an order without creating an account on your website?

Of course, you can order a rug as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend that you create an account to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Access to your order history and status
  • Ability to save your favorite rugs and wishlist
  • Exclusive offers and discounts
  • Faster and easier checkout process for your next orders

How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping within Canada and the United States. 

  • Free shipping for the St. John's metro area.
    We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the day of our arrival. 
  • Free shipping within Canada and the USA. All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • Other Countries: Please get a quote before purchasing.

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy and how do I initiate a return or exchange?

Free returns. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your rug, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
  • The rug must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@rugtherock.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
