Tissé par les tribus Lori du sud-ouest de l'Iran, ce coureur est une étude exemplaire de l'abrash – ces variations de tons naturelles qui apparaissent lorsque différents bains de teinture sont utilisés. En passant d'un bout à l'autre, des nuances de rouge cramoisi, d'orange brûlé et de terre cuite se mêlent à de subtiles traînées de charbon de bois et de rose poudré, créant une striation rustique qui insuffle de la vie au motif.

Les motifs eux-mêmes sont délicieusement minimalistes : de minuscules losanges et des arbustes stylisés flottant dans un espace ouvert, une marque de fabrique de l'esthétique Lori.

Returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount for the item(s), but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Care Instructions

Vacuuming

Regular vacuuming keeps your rug looking its best and extends its lifespan, reducing the need for professional cleaning. For best results, vacuum both the front and back sides of the rug from side to side, avoiding the fringes.

Spills

If spills occur, blot them immediately with a cloth. Then spray water on the spot and blot again, repeating as needed. For pet urine, spray white vinegar to help break down the enzymes that cause odor.

Professional Rug Cleaning

It’s generally recommended to have your rug professionally cleaned every five years, but trust your instincts—if it appears to need cleaning, don’t hesitate to have it washed. Hand-knotted carpets should never be dry cleaned or steam cleaned. Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning companies are usually not a good option. Always choose a professional rug cleaner who specializes in cleaning fine, handwoven carpets. If you’re in the GTA, we can provide professional rug cleaning for you!
