What is the origin of Persian rugs?
Persian rugs are truly special to us because they’re made in Persia, which is present-day Iran. You might see rugs from places like India, Pakistan, or China that have Persian designs, but authentic Persian rugs come exclusively from Iran.
We’re proud to specialize in genuine Persian rugs, bringing a piece of our heritage directly to you.
Where are your rugs made?
Our rugs come from some of the most renowned rug-making regions in the world, including Iran, Turkey, Morocco, Afghanistan, and the Caucasus.
Each rug comes with detailed information about its origin, age, condition, and how it was made.
Are your rugs handmade or machine-made?
All of our rugs are authentically hand-knotted or hand-woven.
Each one is a unique piece of art made from natural materials. There are no mass-produced machine-made or hand-tufted rugs here—just genuine artworks that are functional as well.
Are your rugs cleaned?
Absolutely!
All our rugs are professionally cleaned in their country of origin before they make their way to you. We want you to receive your rug in the best possible condition, ready to be a part of your home.
Are the colours accurate?
We do our very best to capture the true colors and details of each rug in our photos. However, depending on your screen settings and lighting, the colors might look a little different. Also, since our rugs are handmade and many are vintage, slight variations are part of their unique charm.

How do you offer such low prices for your rugs compared to the market price?
We get this question a lot, and we’re happy to share!
• Direct Sourcing: We personally source our rugs directly from the artisans in their home countries. This way, we cut out the middlemen.
• Online Business Model: Operating mainly online helps us reduce overhead costs.
• Our Promise: We pass those savings directly to you, so you can enjoy beautiful, authentic rugs without the hefty price tag.

Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping?
Great news! We offer free shipping within Canada and the USA!
• Processing Time: We’ll process your order within 1 to 5 business days.
• International Shipping: If you’re outside Canada or the USA, just get in touch with us for a shipping quote. We’ll do our best to get you the best rate possible.

How can I check the status of my order and track its delivery?
We know you’re excited to receive your rug, and we’re just as excited to get it to you!
• Processing Time: Once you place your order, we’ll have it ready to go within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Notification: As soon as it ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Sometimes it takes about 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Where do your products ship from?
We ship all our rugs from our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
• Customs Info: For our friends outside Canada, please be aware that you might be responsible for customs or duty charges. The good news is, the U.S. typically doesn’t charge duty on incoming rugs.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy, and how do I initiate a return or exchange?
Your happiness is the most rewarding part of our work.
• Returns & Exchanges: If you’re not absolutely in love with your rug, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
• Conditions: Please make sure the rug is in its original condition and packaging, and hold onto your proof of purchase.

• Please Note: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that might apply.
