Large Rugs | Over 5’ x 8’ for Sale

Shop Large Rugs for Broader Floor Plans

This collection groups rugs assigned to Rug the Rock's large-size category, generally beyond a typical 5x8 footprint. It is a practical catalog group, not a promise that every product begins at exactly the same width or length. Current pieces include room-size rugs, longer formats and flatwoven kilims, so use the exact dimensions on each product page.

The available assortment spans Persian, Afghan, Turkish, Egyptian and other weaving traditions. Construction, fibre, age, condition and weight vary by rug and should not be inferred from size alone.

Measure Furniture and Access

Mark the proposed rug edges before ordering. For a living area, compare the footprint with sofas, chairs and tables. For dining, pull chairs back and check their movement. In a bedroom, account for the bed, nightstands and doors. Also measure hallways, stairs, elevators and doorways on the delivery route because a large rug can be difficult to turn through a tight space.

Browse 9x12 rugs, 8x11 rugs or medium rugs when a narrower size range would help.

Compare Construction and Origin

Explore hand-knotted pile rugs, kilim rugs or Persian rugs. Customers in Oakville and across the Greater Toronto Area & Hamilton can request Rug N' Roll to compare selected large rugs in their own room.
