Greater Toronto Area

Free shipping is available for the Greater Toronto Area (including Halton, Peel, the City of Toronto, York, and Durham).

We will contact you via text message at the phone number provided at checkout to notify you of the day of our arrival.

 

Worldwide

Free shipping is available for orders over $200 within Canada and for all international destinations.

This includes locations in Africa, Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania (including Australia).

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at hello@rugtherock.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
