Serene Vintage Nahavand: Calm Sand Field with Sky Blue and Rose Accents

This rug is an invitation to calm. Its tones sit together in their quietest register; although the palette spans several color families, each hue complements the next while keeping its own character.

A vintage take on the Nahavand design from the Hamadan weaving region, it offers the pleasure of that classic pattern in a softer, more unusual palette.

The kelleh, or gallery, format stretches the geometric layout and suits hallways, entries, and long living spaces. With this color combination and design, the piece feels distinctly one of a kind.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount of the item(s), but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Care Instructions

Vacuuming

Regular vacuuming keeps your rug looking its best and extends its lifespan, reducing the need for professional cleaning. For best results, vacuum both the front and back sides of the rug from side to side, avoiding the fringes.

Spills

If spills occur, blot them immediately with a cloth. Then spray water on the spot and blot again, repeating as needed. For pet urine, spray white vinegar to help break down the enzymes that cause odor.

Professional Rug Cleaning

It’s generally recommended to have your rug professionally cleaned every five years, but trust your instincts—if it appears to need cleaning, don’t hesitate to have it washed. Hand-knotted carpets should never be dry cleaned or steam cleaned. Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning companies are usually not a good option.
